State Assemblyman for Pulau Tikus - YB Koay Teng Hai

In my primary blog, I mentioned about the Health Campaign jointly organised by a few non-government organizations. One of them was the Service Team of YB Koay Teng Hai. To cut it short, YB Koay Teng Hai is now the State Assemblyman for Pulau Tikus. I did meet him before prior to this Health Campaign. I listened to his talk during the campaign period for the famous political Tsunami way back in March. His words mesmerised many and touched the hearts of the lower income group.

It made wonders when we found out that he was previously an omega Leo from Leo Club of Georgetown Bandaraya. This depicted the ardent torch that he has held since young - it seems promising to have him as one of the representatives for the people in Pulau Tikus. Moreover, he is an ex-student from the distinguished Chinese Secondary School - Chung Ling High School. I am not boasting that Chung Ling High School is the top premier school in Malaysia but to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the teachers in Chung Ling High School for their tireless effort in moulding students into citizens with first class mentality.

It is my pride to meet with the State Assemblyman for Pulau Tikus, YB Koay Teng Hai. There are more to come from this DAP young gun. He is definitely the right man to be part of the camp that is going rewrite the Malaysian history.

Meeting Up with Hu Pang Chow

During my three days and two nights trip to Kota Bharu, Kelantan, I was lucky to have a chance to meet up with PAS Supporters' Club Chairman, Hu Pang Chow. Prior to this meeting, my understanding towards PAS was not detailed at all. After his explanation, I had widened my horizons and knowledge in politics especially in PAS.

It is a mistake in the principle that PAS has been practising for years before the political tsunami in March 2008. After the realization, the top leaders have been told not to use to word "Islamic" anymore. But it is unavoidable that sometimes the grassroots are still talking about it. According to him, there should not be any worries about PAS' intention in turning Malaysia into an Islamic state. This is evident in their approach on many matters.

Apart from this, he told me that there is a suggestion from him to PAS Chairman, Nik Aziz regarding the formation of a wing for the non-Muslims. With this, it can only be supported and well represented by races of all as race-based politics is no longer relevant today. It was a fruitful meeting with him.

Introduction

I would like to extend my warmest welcome to all readers regardless of race, religion and skin colour. I choose to name this blog as Vocal Voice of Expression because I truly believe it is high time for we Malaysians to jump out of the racial coconut shells to voice for everyone.

The domineering nature of Umno has raged many, and I believe you might be one of them. Since the component parties of Barisan Nasional are not vocal enough, let us define the meaning of vocal expression and champion our rights.

Today, race-based politics are no longer relevant. Hereby, I will frequent my updates and personal views on the current political landscape in Malaysia.

And I would like to explain the reason why I have chosen kentng10.blogspot.com as my Url. The reason is simple. I vow and pledge to fight for every Malaysian to spur and escalate Malaysia towards the top 10 countries in the world, in every field!

Lastly, let us burn the torch of freedom and equality together and march towards a better and yet promising future!
